1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void outside of Galveston County, Texas, and where prohibited by law.

2. SPONSOR

The giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by Affordable Air & Heat.

3. ELIGIBILITY (NOMINEE REQUIREMENTS)

To be eligible to win the prize, the nominated individual or family ("Nominee") must meet the following criteria at the time of entry:

• Must be a legal U.S. resident residing within Galveston County, Texas.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be the legal owner of the home where the installation will occur.
• The home must currently be equipped with an existing gas furnace system (homes with electric heating systems, heat pumps, or without existing ductwork are not eligible).
• Employees of Affordable Air & Heat, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

4. ENTRY PERIOD

The giveaway entry period begins on November 4th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on December 24, 2026.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To nominate a family in need, visit and complete the Official Nomination Form. Entrants must provide accurate contact information for themselves and the Nominee, along with a brief explanation of why the Nominee is in need of a new furnace this holiday season. Limit one (1) nomination per person/email address.

6. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) new residential gas furnace and standard installation by Affordable Air & Heat.

• ARV: $5,000+.
• Prize Conditions: The prize includes the gas furnace unit and standard labor for a direct-replacement installation. Any required ductwork modifications, hazardous material removal, or structural work required to bring existing non-compliant infrastructure up to current Galveston County building codes are not included and will remain the financial responsibility of the homeowner. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and no substitutions are permitted.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winning Nominee will be selected by Affordable Air & Heat on Christmas Day, December 25, 2026, based on the demonstrated need described in the nomination submissions. The Winner will be notified via phone and/or email. If the Winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days, or does not meet the strict eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected.

8. FACEBOOK/META DISCLAIMER

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, entrants and Nominees agree to completely release Meta from any and all liability.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the Winner's consent for Affordable Air & Heat to use their name, hometown, likeness, and nomination story for promotional purposes across digital and print media without further payment, compensation, or notice.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants and Nominees agree to release and hold harmless Affordable Air & Heat and its representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage to property arising out of participation in the giveaway or the receipt, use, or misuse of the prize.
