American Standard Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY:

The Affordable Air & Heat Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who own the residential property where the system is to be installed. Employees of Affordable Air & Heat, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. ENTRY PERIOD:

Entries will be accepted starting on February 19, 2026, and ending at 11:59 PM CST on May 18, 2026.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, eligible participants must visit the "Giveaways" tab on the Affordable Air & Heat website and complete the entry form in its entirety.

• Limit: One (1) entry per household.

• Condition: The participant's current HVAC system must be ten (10) years of age or older to qualify. Affordable Air & Heat reserves the right to verify the age of the existing unit upon site inspection.

4. PRIZE:

The Winner will receive one (1) brand-new American Standard Heating and Cooling System, including standard installation by Affordable Air & Heat. The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $15,000.

• The prize is non-transferable.

• No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

• Any upgrades, ductwork modifications, or electrical work beyond a "standard change-out" may be subject to additional costs at the winner’s expense.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Affordable Air & Heat. The winner will be announced on May 19, 2026. The Winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided at entry within five (5) days following selection.

6. PUBLICITY & RELEASE:

By entering, the winner agrees to allow Affordable Air & Heat to use their name, likeness, and photos of the installation for promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.) without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Affordable Air & Heat and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

8. GOVERNING LAW:

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
